This easy cheese cake recipe is simple to follow so even kids can handle it well.
It is a bit different than the one my grandma used to bake for us. Since she used the ingredient quark a type of fresh cheese which is commonly found in Europe but not so much were we live. Quark can be difficult to find and pricey so we haven't had a go with it. We came across the idea to use cream cheese which is also a fresh cheese similar in texture to quark but which can be found practically everywhere. It can be easy to find variations on ingredients depending on its availability but the tricky part is integrating the ingredient into the recipe.
The taste is a bit different but fresh and invites you to try out many new creations.

After removing the easy cheese cake from the oven, loosen the connection between form and cake. The cake tastes refreshing when it has cooled and set for 2-4 hours in the fridge before serving.
