This no bake nut cake recipe contains the perfect combination of creamy cashews, crunchy walnuts and fruity raspberries whose taste and texture exist separately but still harmonize with one another.
You can replace the nuts used in this cake recipe with various others such as almonds, pecans, hazelnuts and macadamia nuts.
This year we enjoyed this treat as a Christmas dessert and
it fit in well with its luxurious colors but it can also be served year round.

Soak the cashews for a minimum of two hours in clean water (purified water), two parts water to one part cashews.
The first layer equals the base:
The second layer becomes the filling:
The third layer becomes the topping:
