Creating a breakfast pizza recipe of your own is a great way to get creative in the kitchen. Straying away from traditional beliefs and creating something that is unique to your taste.
Some combinations my family loves include egg pizza, scrambled egg pizza or fruit pizza.

A complete breakfast which contains protein and vital nutrients on a pizza.
Ingredients:
(for 1 medium round pizza (increase or decrease ingredients to suit)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200C°. Convert!
Prepare your toppings. Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base. Layer all of the ingredients except the egg on top form a small pit in the middle of the pizza with the ingredients, this will hold the egg.
Just before placing the pizza into the oven crack the egg in to the pit on top of your pizza. Season with basil, pepper, salt and grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.

Place your favorite seasonal fruit onto your pizza base and sprinkle with your spice of choice. Cover with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
